SPIWAY, LLC was founded on the steadfast belief that access technologies can greatly benefit the rapidly evolving field of minimally invasive endoscopic neurosurgery. A hallmark of minimally invasive surgery in any surgical market is the reduction of trauma in accessing the operating site. After recognizing this unmet need in endoscopic endonasal skull base surgery, the SPIWAY team went to work creating its first technology, the SPIWAY Endonasal Access Guide (EAG) platform.
